Terms & Conditions

School Name: Imagination Institute of Hypnotherapy ("The School")


These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the policies, expectations, and responsibilities for all students enrolled in any program, course, workshop, or training provided by The School. By enrolling, paying tuition, or participating in any School program, you (“Student”) agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.


1. Enrollment & Eligibility


Students must be at least 18 years of age or have written parental/guardian consent.


Students must complete all required enrollment documents and pay tuition in accordance with the School’s payment policies.


The School reserves the right to accept or decline any applicant.


2. Tuition & Payment Policy


All tuition and fees are 100% non-refundable, regardless of Student participation, completion status, personal circumstances, or withdrawal for any reason.


Tuition may be paid in full or through an approved payment plan, if offered.


Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or removal from the program and/or withholding of certification.


By enrolling, Student acknowledges and agrees that tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.


3. Cancellation, Withdrawal & No-Shows


If a Student chooses to withdraw from the program for any reason, no refunds or credits will be issued.


Missed classes, sessions, or training days cannot be rescheduled or refunded unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.


The School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. If the School cancels a course entirely (not rescheduled), the School may provide a credit toward another course at its discretion.


4. Certification Requirements


Certification is not guaranteed and depends on completing all course requirements, including:


Attendance


Homework and practice sessions


Demonstrated competency


Ethical conduct


The School may withhold certification for incomplete work, lack of skill demonstration, behavioral concerns, or unpaid tuition.


5. Code of Conduct


Students agree to:


Maintain professionalism, respect, and ethical conduct at all times.


Refrain from disruptive behavior, harassment, discrimination, or any conduct that interferes with the learning environment.


Follow all School policies and instructions provided by instructors.


The School may dismiss a Student for violations of the Code of Conduct. No refunds will be issued.


6. Disclaimer: Not a Substitute for Medical or Mental Health Care


Hypnotherapy training is educational in nature and does not qualify students to diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions unless otherwise licensed.


Students must operate within their own professional scope of practice.


The School is not responsible for how Students use the training after completion.


7. Limitation of Liability


Student participates in all classes and activities voluntarily and assumes full responsibility for their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.


The School, its instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:


Personal injury


Loss of income


Emotional distress


Damages resulting from the use or misuse of the training


Student agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the School and its staff from any claims arising from participation or training activities.


8. Intellectual Property


All training materials, videos, manuals, scripts, and content provided by the School are the School’s intellectual property.


Students may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share materials without written permission.


Materials are for personal educational use only.


9. Privacy Policy


Student information is kept confidential and is used only for administrative and educational purposes.


Sessions recorded for training or demonstration purposes will be used only with Student consent.


10. Program Changes


The School reserves the right to update, modify, or improve curriculum, instructors, schedules, or program structure at any time to maintain educational quality.


11. Governing Law


This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Virginia.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Newport News, Virginia.


12. Acknowledgment & Acceptance


By enrolling, paying tuition, or attending any class, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understand, and fully agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the non-refundable tuition policy.
